NEW MUSIC! Including 'Drop The Bass (And Pick It Up)'!! And Watch Us Make 'Train Leaves Tomorrow'!!!

Yes! Yes! Yes!

DROP THE BASS (AND PICK IT UP)
We’re still in the awesome Vale Studios, recording our new album that many of you guys have helped to make. Today, after public demand, we’re releasing to the Pledgers the demo of ‘Drop The Bass (And Pick It Up)' from our home sessions, which is the same arrangement we’ve been playing live. We recorded the studio version of the track yesterday at Vale and took the song in a more hip-hop / jungle direction in terms of drum loops so it’s going to be really interesting for you guys to hear this version in advance of the album HERE.

I also want to give props to Rob DenBleyker who writes the Cyanide and Happiness comic on Explosm.net that you can read HERE. The image below was the inspiration for the track. With this as inspiration, we simply messed about with ska samples in Neil’s bedroom, found a cracking one and we were away. Also, shout out to Dan Pugsley of Skindred who I wrote the original lyrics for a track with.

'ALL THE SAME TO ME' AND THE MAKING OF 'TRAIN LEAVES TOMORROW'
We've been uploading updates to the Pledgemusic Page nearly every day with some great stuff in the past few updates. If you haven't Pledged yet you've missed the 'making of' video of the track 'Train Leaves Tomorrow' HERE, the demo of 'All The Same To Me' HERE and a very special update from Nick Horne HERE. There are full previews of all the updates for non-Pledgers on our Pledgemusic Page so you can try before you buy!

WE'VE HIT 75%! THANK YOU!
We also need to thank everyone that's Pledged, because, as of three minutes ago, we've hit 75% of our goal. To celebrate, we've knocked down some of the prices on items that haven't currently been sold and added some brand new items including signed festival setlists from 2014 fests like Y Not and BoomTown Fair, Laila's Tina Turner t-shirt she wore at Sonisphere and some very rare gig posters. Please come and take a look. Remember, if you want full access to the archive of demos, videos and updates on Pledgemusic outlined above, you simply need to come and invest at least £5 into the fund (for which you'll get all the updates, demos and the advance mixtape in advance of the album).

Do it!

Until The Sunlight Comes...
