We're proud to announce that the folks at Kerrang! Radio have made 'For The Kids Of The Multiculture' their Single of the Week. That means lots more plays for your friendly neighbourhood Boom and, just as importantly, it also means that our message of support for the concept and philosophy of multicultural Britain is getting some much needed airtime (just as well, considering some of the things being said on public transport these days...) But seriously, thanks to all those at the station and everyone whose support has made it possible, not least of all by going out there on social media and pushing forward messages of Boom support and solidarity. Today we've also been posted as Record of the Day at mega-influential music industry site Recordoftheday.com You can check that out HERE.
A quick reminder about the show THIS FRIDAY at Jubilee Club Night in the Camden Barfly on the 2nd of December. This is a first-come-first-served Club Night AND WE WILL BE ON FIRST IN THE BAND LINE-UP AT 11:30PM. It's only £5 advance. Full details of the clubnight are on the Facebook event HERE. It should be a great fun night, tickets are HERE. I have noticed bits and bobs of consternation about booking fee being 3 quid. It isn't! It's £1 booking fee. Theres a £1.95 charge for postage but you can either print your own tickets or pick them up on the night at the door yo. So do that, unless you're Richie Rich.
The bill at the Tunbridge Wells Forum show on the 8th of December on our way out into Europe has changed slightly... we now have Together We Fight on the bill and you can check the show out on the new Facebook event HERE. We've also added a show in Basel, Switzerland on the 11th of December, the day after the L'Appel festival. Here's where we are people...
