Hey guys
Right now I thought we would be well on our way to Paris to begin our tour of France and Belgium but it's with a heavy heart I have to announce that as of Sunday morning Laila has contracted some kind of stomach flu, and it simply hasn't gone away. I'll spare you the gory details but suffice to say that she isn't going to be able to do the show tonight or tomorrow. We don't know what the actual problem is but on Tuesday the doctor explained that virus's normally go away after a couple of days. The fact is that it hasn't gone away so she's having to seek further treatment today. Due to the fact that Laila has the size and immune system of a black capuchin monkey, virus's tend to derail her quite badly so we're very much hoping and and expecting her to pull through in the next couple of days. Fingers crossed and I hope everyone might go and send her some get-well messages, either on her Twitter HERE or on her Facebook HERE.
The Paris date is still going ahead tonight with some rad bands and an artwork exhibition that you can read about HERE. As it is supposed to be our launch party, the good folk at Guerilla Asso will be selling our 'Rude Awakening' compilation for just 5 euros as a special discount due to the unforseen events. Here's a shot of the lovely new CDs that they're going to be selling tonight from Till's Facebook! Sacre Bleu!
We've also had to miss the show in Liege, Belgium at the Inside Out. We hope to reschedule both dates ASAP and it always breaks our hearts to have to cancel shows, we hope you guys understand...
Here's how those dates are looking presuming Laila's recovery allows. All being well, we are striving to join the tour on Friday, but that depends on Laila's health which is still a question mark.
