Time flies when you're having fun! We've just got back off our respective holidays and had a great rehearsal on Sunday ready for the Manchester home-town throwdown this Saturday. If you hadn't heard, Sonic Boom Six will one of the headline acts for the Dr. Martens #STANDFORSOMETHING TOUR 2013 along with Dry the River Spector, Lower Than Atlantis, and Young Guns. We will be headlining at The Deaf Institute in Manchester on SEPTEMBER 28th, UNDER A WEEK AWAY! Tickets are priced at JUST £5 and the supports are Save Your Breath and LTNT. ! Tickets are limited to 2 per person. Manchester will be 14+. For the Manchester gig, tickets will be available from our Manchester, Leeds & Liverpool stores.

We're also stoked to say that our official afterparty is the Pop Bubble Rock! 7th Birthday Clubnight. Laila and Barney will be spinning some tunes and drinking a few shandys (well, Laila will be on the alcohol-free lager) and generally having a wicked time. In the words of PBR "★ CELEBRATE 7 YEARS OF AWESOME ★ THEREʼLL BE CAKE, VODKA JELLY + ICE CREAM & PRESENTS FOR ALL! 7 years ago we thought it'd be nice to throw a party... Still 100% independent to this day and ran by the silliest bunch of boys & girls you'll ever meet we'd like to invite you to help celebrate our birthday party at the new home of Pop Bubble Rock! Manchester: Odder, Oxford Rd. We may be partying in Cardiff / Bristol / London.... but it all started in Manchester and there's no place like home!"
