This release features the whole of the 16 track 2005 "Sounds to Consume - Champion Edition"" including the bands early EP tracks, 3 remixes, and an exclusive SB6 side project band BABYBOOM acoustic track "The Reckoning". The release also features 2 bonus tracks a live version of "Monkey See Monkey Do" plus the ultra rare club classic "The Mighty Boom"
